January 2018 DACA Renewal Legal Clinics & Funds
On January 13, 2018, USCIS announced its process for accepting Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal applications. We have begun gathering information from the community on DACA renewal clinics and funds to assist DACA recipients.
If you know of additional pro bono services, clinics, or funds, please add them to this spreadsheet and email Katie@fwd.us.
DACA Renewal Funds:
DACA renewal applications cost $495.00 and for many young people (especially on such short notice) this fee is a barrier to applying for their renewal. Organizations across the country are pulling together fundraisers, clinics, and pro bono support to help DACA recipients during this time.
Fund type: Organization, Application fee assistance
Status: Waitlisting Applications
Description: Fund to provide fee assistance for DACA renewals. By application only.
Free DACA Legal Clinics:
If you are a Dreamer that qualifies for renewal, there are clinics happening across the country that can help you with legal services and your application. We are updating this calendar on an on-going basis. Please check back regularly.
